United Way of Greater Lorain County’s
First Radiothon Hits the Air Waves

United Way of Greater Lorain County, in collaboration with WOBL/WDLW radio, is hosting the first "Give from the Heart" Radiothon fund-raising event beginning February 8 and running through February 14. The goal for the Radiothon is to raise $20,000 so as to continue funding programs that make a significant impact in the Lorain County community and make a difference for those in need.
 

For 12 hours each day during the week – from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. – the community has the opportunity to donate by phone or here through the website. Donations – no matter what amount - support our efforts to advance the common good.
 

Tune in to WOBL (1320 AM)/WDLW (1380 AM) during Radiothon week to get an "up close and personal" view of United Way of Greater Lorain County through the interviews, client stories and conversations that will air during the week.
