Fund Distribution Impact Team Volunteer Position Openings |
The United Way of Greater Lorain County is seeking community members to become a part of our volunteer fund distribution team. We are looking for individuals to participate on volunteer Impact Teams to carry out the work of United Way of Greater Lorain County’s community agenda.
Impact Teams review agency program funding packets; conduct agency site visits; score agency programs in three categories; and make funding recommendations.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the "2006-08 Fund Distribution Impact Team Volunteer Application" and the "Conflict of Interest/Confidentiality Policy" and fax to (440)277-7409, mail to 1875 N. Ridge Road, E., Suite H, Lorain OH 44055 or email to tina@uwglc.net by December 31, 2005.
Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in participating I urge you to return your completed application promptly. If you are not able to serve, please feel free to make copies of this information and forward to others who may be interested in participating.
Once the application process closes and Impact Teams are in place you will receive notification of your acceptance along with a detailed timeline covering a period of February 2006 – June 2006.
