A Welcome Addition to the United Way Staff!
 Jan E. Rybarczyk has joined the organization as their new Director of Fund Distribution & Community Impact.
In her new position she will implement our Board approved fund distribution system which is based on outcomes, field standards, and health agency criteria. She will also direct community wide assessments which determine the agenda for community building and impact efforts.
