Bowl-a-thon a HUGE Success!
United Way of Greater Lorain County had their 2nd Annual "Caring Heart"
Bowl-a-thon on Saturday, February 23rd at Rebman's Recreation in Lorain. All 48
lanes with some 230 bowlers attended the day's event. The funds raised help support
52 programs at 27 partner agencies through United Way of Greater Lorain County.
In
addition to the day's bowling, we had some awesome prizes to raffle off, including CAVS
tickets, a $200 VISA gift card, movie tickets, dining cards, and gas cards to name a few.
A great time was had by everyone and we're anxiously looking forward to next year's event,
which is already scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2009!
